Our Story

SUO Jobs happens to be an offshoot of SUO Law, a successful law firm that has impacted the lives, governance and public policies across India. SUO Law, led by Suren Uppal, who other than being a successful lawyer has been the promoter of certain start-ups dedicated to skilling & capacity enhancement of the world’s largest pool of Human Resource hailing from India.

SUO Jobs is now led under the able leadership of Mr. U N Khawarey, who has managed & administered the world’s largest Government-owned formal schooling institute namely KVS and the world’s largest open schooling organization namely NIOS other than being a highly accomplished Human Resource trainer and inspiration for millions of youth in India.

Our Logo

Our logo encompasses our strengths and belief system and is the visual representation of our holistic identity. It was born out of the symbolism of the ancient animal royalty- the Elephant. In our Indian culture, the elephant is associated with royalty, power, wisdom, memory, strength, and virility. It is an element of strong symbolism across various cultures all over the globe due to its charismatic nature.

The dot on the forehead of the elephant represents the globe and the universal jurisdiction of our business.

The tagline ‘Law-powered & Tech-driven’ manifests our uniqueness as an organization. Like our parent organization SUO Law, we promise to adhere to the laws of the land and derive confidence through righteousness and impartiality.‘Law-powered’ guides us to remain objective in the dealings and ‘Tech Driven’ inspires us to be transparent and free of human error.

The color scheme of our logo comprises of color green which is mostly associated with nature, wellness, health and also denotes an obstacle-free path while blue is often linked with honesty, trust, and dependability. Blue also represents the ocean that connects the entire world. The orange on the other hand signifies prosperity, optimism, and adventure. These colors together represent the core values of our organization.
